Time Out is a retreat created to refresh and encourage pastors in ministry. Our goal is simple: to minister to the minister. Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience spiritually renewing sessions, opportunities for community, and personal mentoring. It’s a space to relax with your family, be poured into through worship, biblical teaching, and ministry times, and connect with both old and new friends.

Who Is Time Out For?

Time Out is open to pastors of all ages and backgrounds. However, this retreat is designed with a special focus on:

• Youth pastors

• Children’s and family ministry pastors

• Young Adult Pastor

• Next Gen Pastor

• Young pastors (under the age of 35)

• Spouses and children of pastors

  • Kids ages 0 - 11 years

WHAT IS THE PK RETREAT?

At WOD, we care deeply about investing in the spiritual health of the next generation—and we recognize the unique journey pastors’ kids (PKs) are on.

Being a PK comes with both blessings and challenges:

• They’re often at church more than anyone else.

• They hear Sunday’s sermon again at the kitchen table.

• They’re “voluntold” into ministry roles.

• They feel extra pressure to act or believe a certain way—simply because of who their parents are.

These unique pressures can make it difficult for PKs to develop a genuine, personal faith in Jesus. That’s why we created PK Retreat, a space designed just for them.
