WHAT IS LEVEL UP?

Level UP is a series of engaging, one-hour Zoom sessions designed to equip and empower youth and young adult leaders. Led by Pastor Blair Mercer, each session focuses on practical and spiritual leadership topics that help you grow in confidence, character, and calling.

This is designed primarily for youth and young adult pastors and leaders, whether you’re serving as a volunteer or in a part-time or full-time role.

While the focus is on youth and young adult ministry, many of the topics are also valuable for leaders in other areas, such as kids ministry and worship.
