Wayne has served as the Director of the Student Collective for over 5 years. He is a visionary leader who is passionate about seeing thriving Student Ministries in our local churches. Along with his wonderful wife, Bev and incredible teenage daughter, Melody they live in London, ON. Wayne loves to cook, pet cats and cheer on the Ottawa Senators.

Nicole has devoted over 15 years of her life to youth ministry. Alongside her husband, Mike, and their two children, Nicole calls London, Ontario, home, where they serve at Royal View Church. Nicole's journey in youth ministry is fueled by her genuine passion for making a positive impact on young lives through the teachings of Jesus and the transformative influence of the Holy Spirit. Her heart is deeply invested in creating a nurturing and empowering environment where young individuals can encounter faith, build meaningful connections, and experience life-changing moments.

Meet Sarah, a seasoned ministry leader with over 16 years of dedicated service in kids and youth departments. Her passion for sharing the love of Jesus and creating safe spaces for students has been the driving force of her career. Beyond her work, Sarah finds joy in the melodies of Taylor Swift, the enchantment of Disney, and the invigorating rhythm of running. At home, she shares her life with her beloved dog, Sunny, and her husband, Kevin.
