Do you want to be a sponsor, exhibitor, or vendor at Elevation? Download the guide below for options, details, deadlines, and conditions of contract.

All sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and advertisers will be subject to approval with the application process. The submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

BENEFITS

Sponsorship or exhibition at Elevation should prove to have many benefits to your organization including:

  • Exposure to 50+ churches and Christian organizations spanning primarily from Northern, Central, and South Western Ontario.

  • Face-to-face opportunities to promote your organization’s services and resources within a relevant Canadian market-space.

  • Advantageous advertising opportunities on Elevation’s promotional materials including our website, delegate handbook, and the opportunity to show your promotional video.

  • Genuine long-term connectivity with Elevation and similar events for equipping, encouraging, and empowering youth ministry leaders.

COMMITMENTS

  • At least three 15 minute scheduled breaks for conference delegates to explore exhibits.

  • A designated Elevation staff member to assist you on site with questions and concerns

  • Doors opening 30 minutes before each general session to provide time for delegates to visit Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Vendors.

Deadline for Application: January 5, 2020

After January 5, applications will be still be received if there is space, however you will not be guaranteed advertisement space in the booklet (if applicable), or a discount if booklet space is no longer available.
