COACHING APPOINTMENTS

We are pleased to welcome seasoned pastors from the District to offer coaching sessions during Time Out for the pastor and/or their spouse. (Read their bios here).

If you are interested in setting up a coaching appointment, available time slots will be sent out by email from our office to those who have registered for the event. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You are also welcome to connect with our coaches at any point throughout the event, but those with scheduled appointments will take precedence. 

KIDS PROGRAM

Our Kids Program is available during the sessions scheduled in our main event itinerary for children up to age 11. Each child must be pre-registered as outlined in the registration process. Infants who will remain in the care of the parents during the conference do not have to be registered. Please note that this program will have limited spaces, and be available to parents on a first-come, first-served basis: once the program is full, we will not be accepting additional children, however, a waitlist will be created. 

There will be no program available for children ages 12 or older. Parents are responsible for these children at all times. 

ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS

We are excited to be staying at Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark! This year we are asking our registrants to book their own accommodations. You will need to call the hotel directly to book your stay for either 2 or 3 nights. We have a block of rooms set aside for the rate of $109.00 a night. If you wish to stay in a room that is not considered standard you will be looking at different prices for those rooms that the hotel can provide you with. Your meal plan will automatically be attached to your booking, which includes 2 lunches & 1 dinner. Breakfast will be optional and can be added during your booking.

MEALS

If you are not staying at the hotel for the Conference you will still need to call the hotel to book your meals. This will also gain you access to the waterpark for the remainder of the event.
