COACHING APPOINTMENTS
We are pleased to welcome seasoned pastors from the District to offer coaching sessions during Time Out for the pastor and/or their spouse. (Read their bios here).
If you are interested in setting up a coaching appointment, available time slots will be sent out by email from our office to those who have registered for the event. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You are also welcome to connect with our coaches at any point throughout the event, but those with scheduled appointments will take precedence.
pk ministry
Our PK Ministry is available during the sessions scheduled in our main event itinerary for children up to age 12. Each child must be pre-registered as outlined in the registration process. Infants who will remain in the care of the parents during the conference do not have to be registered. Please note that this program will have limited spaces and be available to parents on a first-come, first-served basis: once the program is full, we will not be accepting additional children, however, a waitlist will be created.
**There will be no program available for children ages 13 or older. Parents are responsible for these children at all times.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We are excited to be staying at the Best Western Lamplighter! Registrants are asked to book their own accommodations. You will need to call the hotel directly to book your stay for either 2 or 3 nights. We have a block of rooms set aside for the rate of $189.00 a night. If you wish to stay in a room that is not considered standard you will be looking at different prices for those rooms that the hotel can provide you with.
