Recap of Silver Birches Youth Camp 2019

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Silver Birches Youth Camp is for student(s) ages 12-18yrs.

  • Registration Costs: Early Bird ($285 by July 7); Regular ($310 by July 21); Late ($340 by Aug 4); Last Chance ($375 by Aug 9)

  • Registration check-in will be at the Silver Birches Camp office on Monday, August 12th, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

  • Departure is on Saturday, August 17th, at 12:00pm.

  • Campers who leave before the last day of camp must submit a letter with the registration form that is signed by the parent /guardian.

  • NEW** Security deposits ($40) are to be paid online BEFORE the beginning of camp. No cash will be taken on site.

  • In the case of an emergency, you can contact the camp from August 12th-17th at the following number: 705-642-3707.

  • There will be a tuck shop on the grounds where campers will have the opportunity to purchase a variety of hot and cold snacks and food products.

  • If cancelling, a phone call must be made to Jess DeMoor no later than Tuesday, August 6th. A full refund less a $50 administration fee will be mailed by September 26th, 2024. Cancellations received after Wednesday, August 7th will be 100% non-refundable.

WHAT TO BRING
Sleeping bag and pillow, toiletries, towel, modest bathing suit, sports/casual clothes, a good attitude, bandages, bug spray, sunscreen, bible, pen, notebook, money for the tuck shop.

DON'T BRING
Anything too valuable, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, weapons of any kind.

DIRECTIONS

  • From Highway 11 North: Turn right at Hwy 112 until you come to Rosegrove Road, then turn left.

  • From Highway 11 South: Turn left at Kirkland Lake exit directly onto Hwy 112.

  • Drive until you see a lake on your left side (Round Lake) and turn left onto Rosegrove Rd. Then keep left as the road Y's into the camp.
