HOW TO REGISTER

REGISTRATION STEPS:

  1. Register Online

  2. Submit Payment for Camp AND Damage Deposit Online

  3. Complete Camper Code of Conduct Online

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL THREE STEPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.

  • Registration rates are determined based on the date that ALL of these items are received. I.e. a student will not be registered at the early bird rate unless everything (including payment) is received by the early bird registration deadline.

  • Registration is not complete until the registration form, payment (damage deposit included), and code of conduct are submitted.

  • Online registration will be the only method for registration this year, including signing the Code of Conduct online.

PAYMENT INFORMATION  

  • ONLINE payment is the only method of payment: credit card or debit (must have a CSV number on the back of the card).

  • NEW ** A security deposit of $40 will be paid BEFORE arrival. You may pay online at the time of your registration. It will be refunded to you at the discretion of the camp director by September 29th, 2023. Property damage and/or disciplinary issues will result in a loss of the deposit. Cash will NOT be accepted in person this year for damage deposits.

  • If cancelling, a phone call must be made to Teah Peregrine no later than Tuesday, August 8th. A full refund less a $50 administration fee will be mailed by September 29th, 2023. Cancellations received after August 8th will be 100% non-refundable.

  • If a camper chooses to arrive late, leave camp early, or is sent home for disciplinary reasons, a discount or refund will not be issued.
