ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS

We are excited to be staying at Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark! This year we are asking our registrants to book their own accommodations. You will need to call the hotel directly to book your stay for either 2 or 3 nights. We have a block of rooms set aside beginning at the rate of $139.00 a night. If you wish to stay in a room that is not considered standard you will be looking at different prices for those rooms that the hotel can provide you with. Your meal plan will automatically be attached to your booking, which includes 2 lunches & 1 dinner. Breakfast will be optional and can be added during your booking. When calling please mention that you are with TIME OUT CONFERENCE.

SHOULD I PLAN TO STAY FOR ONE OR TWO NIGHTS?
Time Out ends on Tuesday at 12:00 noon (approximately). It is entirely up to you whether you stay at the Americana for one or two nights.

CAN I SHARE A ROOM WITH ANOTHER PERSON ATTENDING?
Yes, you may share a room with another person registered for the event. One of you must book and make the reservation, how you take care of payment is up to you.

** Rates are based on single/double occupancy. For each additional person 16 years of age and older, a $25 per person room supplement will be applicable.

MEAL PACKAGE

All delegates must reserve meal packages for all adults and children occupying the room.

Meals will be served buffet style with multiple options. If you or your children have dietary concerns please make note of that when you register and we will let the hotel know. If you have further questions, please call the hotel directly: 1-800-263-3508


includes 2 buffet lunches and 1 buffet dinner (January 12-14) at the cost of:

$121.60 inclusive per adult

$61.09 inclusive per child 12 & under (kids 3 and under are free)

Breakfast is on its own and is payable directly to the restaurant. The Breakfast buffet is offered at a group rate of $21.70 inclusive per person and $13.55 inclusive per child 12 & under. No charge for children 3 and under.

LOCAL AND NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL?

If you are not staying at the hotel for the Conference you will still need to call the hotel to book your meals. If you would like to gain access to the waterpark for the remainder of the event the charge will be $20+ HST per person per day.
