ADULT REGISTRATION:

**Included with your registration is your conference pass and 3 meals.

ADULT  REGISTRATION: $125 per adult by December 14 at 11:59pm.

KIDS PROGRAM
(By December 14 or until space is full)

Ages 0-3: $25 per child
(Includes care in 4 sessions, snacks, activities and three meals)

Ages 4-11: $25 per child
(Includes care in 4 sessions, snacks, activities and four meals)

  • Spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis so register early!

  • NOTE: There is no program available for children ages 12+ and parents will be responsible for their children at all times (only adults will be permitted into the General Sessions).

FINANCIAL AID

Time Out is an event that is subsidized by the Western Ontario District. We encourage you to plan ahead and take advantage of the early bird rate. Below are other ways we are able to provide financial support to young pastors. Anyone looking to apply for one of these scenarios must fill out the financial aid application below before registering.

SPONSORSHIP

IS SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE?
We are able to provide partial sponsorship to pastors/churches in need. You will need to explain your situation and describe what you / your church are able to provide financially.

PAYMENT PLANS

CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, you can set up a payment plan to pay in installments from the time you register until January 3 (all payments must be received by this date). Note: payment plans can only be towards conference registration only, not hotel booking for 2026.

DEFERRING PAYMENT

CAN I PUT THIS CONFERENCE UNDER MY 2026 BUDGET?
Yes. If you must wait to pay until 2026 in order to cooperate with your church accounting records, please fill out the form below.  All payments must be received no later than January 5.
