REGISTER:

The registration form is for group leaders only.  

No individual registrations of students by parents or family is permitted.  Students must be registered with their church group.  Please read through all the Activate information before contacting our office with questions.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. First register for the event. All Registrations are completed online. It is both secure and immediate. If you need assistance to register, please contact the Student Collective and speak to Nicole (nswitzer@wodistrict.org).

  2. Complete your security deposit form (see link above).

  3. Don't forget to budget for meals and accommodations! ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS

    WHAT MEAL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
    Groups can purchase a meal plan directly from Braeside Camp (different options available) , or choose to prepare their own meals, or eat offsite.

    WHERE WILL WE STAY?
    Groups can choose to stay at Braeside Camp or offsite.  Braeside has accommodation options at different price points, including cottages, dorms, trailers, and tent sites. THURSDAY NIGHT SErvice ONLY

  • After July 20, the registration rate will increase to the regular registration rate of $80 and only credit cards will be accepted as payment.

  • Regular online registration will close on Sunday, August 10 at 11:59pm.

  • Onsite registration will be available on August 21nd, but we encourage you to get all your registrations in by the Regular registration deadline (Aug 10).

THE PASTOR COMES FOR FREE!  Each group will get ONE free pastor or leader registration. All other leaders must be registered.

THURSDAY NIGHT SERVICE
Thursday night is the ONLY service open to non-registered people/groups, at the cost of $15 per person. Groups coming for Thursday night can pre-register, or register on site on August 21. Groups must check-in at the Braeside Office when they arrive. All other services and activities will be closed to registered delegates only.

Cheque payments must be received at our office within 10 business days of registration.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable within this event.

  • Registrations must be made by a youth leader. Students (under 18) cannot register or attend this event without adult chaperones. This is a group event.

  • This event is not open to children under the age of 12. Anyone participating in the event activities or services MUST be registered.

  • All groups will be required to submit a security deposit. Please visit the event info page for more details.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

By participating in the Western Ontario District OVERFLOW as well as other venues and locations used by the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for OVERFLOW events, activities and sessions, your student is entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur by the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada on the dates as indicated above.  

Your student’s entry and presence on the event premises constitutes the consent for student to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.  

By entering the event premises and participating in the Western Ontario District Overflow, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of your student at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of your child, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
